A mirrored aerobics studio featuring a state-of-the-art "floating" hardwood floor accommodates more than fifty exercise classes a week, most of which are complimentary to members. Popular classes include Indoor Cycling, Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates, and Core Conditioning.
A favorite among members is The Gym's aquatics area which consists of a heated lap pool, a water slide, and a splash park for the kids. A wide selection of water aquacize classes is available as well. Separate dressing rooms are provided for both men and women, each complete with steam, sauna, whirlpool, private lockers, showers, hair dryers and complimentary towels.
