DAVID MARIOTTI
General Manager

David Mariotti has served as the General Manager for The Lodge & Club since 2003. Prior to his current role, he worked as the Executive Assistant Manager for the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club and has been employed by the company for over 12 years. David brings an extensive background in club management and hotel operations that compliment The Lodge & Club member & guest experience. David is a native of St. Augustine and a graduate of the University of Florida.


DIANA STEVENS
Membership Director

Diana Stevens has over 20 years experience in the hospitality and private membership club industry. Originally from Pennsylvania, Diana moved to Hilton Head Island, SC after graduation from Penn State University. She began her career at Sea Pines Resorts and also worked for several other Hilton Head clubs and resorts before moving to Ponte Vedra Beach. She has been in her current position at The Lodge & Club since 2004.


MICHAEL COLLINS
Director of Food and Beverage

A twenty-year career hospitality professional, Michael Collins is the Director of Food & Beverage for The Lodge & Club. His impressive hospitality and restaurant resume includes senior management positions at The Cloister and The Lodge in Sea Island, Georgia, Le Meridien in Chicago, Illinois and the Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida. As Director of Food and Beverage, Mr. Collins is responsible for The Lodge’s restaurant operations, banquets, staff training and menu development.


TIM TURNER
Executive Chef

Chef Turner has earned both an English degree from the University of Connecticut and a Culinary Arts Degree from the famed Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. During the past 15 years, he has honed his craft at such honored hotels and dining establishments as the Ritz Carlton Boston, Ritz Carlton Atlanta and The Lodge at Sea Island in Georgia. Chef Turner's inventive menus are a personalized interpretation of modern World Cuisine prepared with classical cooking techniques. His culinary philosophy is shaped by an absolute insistence on fresh ingredients and quality products.  


ROGER EXUM
Fitness Director

A native of Jacksonville, Roger Exum received his degree from the University of North Florida where he also earned All-American honors while on the tennis team. His vast experience in gym management extends to more than nine years, having served in similar positions at Epping Forest Yacht Club and Marsh Landing Country Club. At The Lodge, he directs the daily operations of the Gym, pools and fitness programming as well as oversees recreational and social activities for member children and adults.  


COURTNEY HARTERT
Activities Coordinator

Since 2011, Courtney Hartert has served in the position of Activities Coordinator for The Lodge & Club. A native of Jacksonville, she graduated from Episcopal High School before advancing to the University of Florida where she graduated with an honors degree in Recreation and Event Management. With enthusiasm, she skillfully coordinates all recreational and social activities for member children and adults.


BELINDA COTTRELL
Conference & Catering Director

Belinda Cottrell is a native of England where she received a Business and Hospitality Management degree from Weston College. She is currently responsible for directing and coordinating the many meetings and group outings that visit The Lodge & Club each year. Belinda’s discipline for detail and “can do” service attitude make her a meeting planner’s best friend. Her hospitality career spans more than two decades with experiences at the Cape Cod National Golf Club in Massachusetts, the Jacksonville Marriott and the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club.  


NICOLE WESSELING
Catering and Special Events Manager

Nicole Wesseling, Catering and Special Events Manager, grew up in southeastern Massachusetts and moved to Ponte Vedra Beach from Anchorage, Alaska. Nicole is a graduate of the University of North Florida. In 2003 she joined the Lodge & Club team and now enjoys planning private banquet events as well as coordinating the exquisite weddings which take place at the Lodge & Club.
